I notice that home exercising doesn’t work well for me and decided to signup for a sport instead. We’ll be moving out of state in a few months so I’ll have to wait for a little.
From what I’ve read though, taking out sugar from the diet, by itself can have a massive impact on overall health and weight. I only use sugar in my coffee now and occasionally.
